team, complete with architect, engineer,
decorator and builders, guarantee the use of eco-friendly
materials.
The facilities of the house will include air-conditioning,
independent heating system, fireplace, alarm
system, drainage system and a garden area.
Extras: The owner has decided to purchase the adjacent plots
amounting to an area of 1000 m2 and build
a swimming pool for the common use of the houses owners and
a private gazebo for each house.
In the surrounding area and on the way to the plot numerous
luxurious villas, both complete
and under construction, can be seen since the site is an
up-and-coming residential area for the "elit"
of Sitia's inhabitants.
The village of Roussa Eklissia, in which the plot is
situated, has a "kafenio"--greek version of a coffee
shop, a "taverna" with good local food and a mini market.
The sea is only a short distance away, while one can engage
in climbing and trekking in the surrounding
hillsides, rich with herbs and plants and full of untamed
wildlife waiting to be explored.
